Terms & Conditions

1. General terms
- Delivery time varies from 1 to 2 weeks.
- The final file will be sent in high resolution via email.
- I can post the commissioned art and adoption on my social media.2. Payment
- I accept payment via PayPal.
- Payment can be made in two parts: 50% before and 50% after draft approval (files will only be sent after full payment).3. Process
- Be clear with your commission details.
- During the process, you can ask for adjustments.

4. Cancellation and refund
- The amount will be refunded in full if the order is canceled before drafting.
- If the sketch has already been made, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- If painting has already started, there will be no refund.
- Refunds are not made for commissions already completed.5. Use of art
- Use art for personal use.
- 100% increase in the value of art for commercial use.
